We delivery only in India at the moment. therefore if your delivery is intended inside India you can place the order from outside of India
If you have signed up with your email address you can go to "My Account" will be able to update your delivery address information within your account. Upon updating, your next order will automatically ship to your new address. If you made a mistake or If you have taken subscription and you want change other info like quantities, delivery dates, etc., Please send an email to support@sutraspring.com or call +(91) 843 199 1314 immediately.
We offer COD but there will be an extra service fee from Delivery partners. To avoid that and also to get more rewards use a prepayment method.
Your order will be shipped next day after it was placed. If your order was placed over the weekend, then following business day.
Majority of orders are shipped via our ground shipping partners as these are heavy and should arrive within 5-7 business days. In certain markets or under special circumstance (e.g. large quantity orders), your delivery will arrive by special delivery service.
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. To track your package, simply open the email and follow the link. You can also login to our website and go to My account and then to my orders. you should be able to track from there as well

Since our SKUs are very limited rarely both the events occur. However if you feel that your product has arrived seriously damaged and is unfit for consumption, please contact us immediately at +(91) 843 199 1314 or email us support@sutraspring.com.
We will work with you as best as possible to resolve the issue and send a replacement product if appropriate. Kindly allow sufficient time for the order to arrive as it will be surface delivery as its bulky and heavy before raising a complaint. you can track your order once its dispatched.

You can cancel it if you think you made a mistake and call us immediately after realizing it. But we can only cancel the order if the order is not processed yet. If the order has already dispatched we won't be able to cancel it.
Artesian water is a Natural Spring Water which gets collected after many years of filtration into an aquifer; a naturally formed underground chamber consisting of layers of semipermeable volcanic granitic rock formation that bears water, overlain by protective impermeable rock that limits the entry of contaminants into the confined aquifer and thus pressurizes the chamber. In order to access the water, the rock barrier must be penetrated. Hence it's the purest form of water available in the world.
As explained above our water is a Natural Spring Water which gets collected in an Artesian Aquifer. And therefore it is called Artesian Water.
But our water is also rich in minerals and trace elements since it travels for 30 years through the volcanic underground rock formation before gets collected in the aquifer. Our water has around 180-225 TDS. Any Natural Spring Water / Artesian Water which has more than 150 TDS its classified as Natural Mineral Water.
